Saying YES to Vow Renewal and Anniversary Photo Sessions!

Now that we're moving forward, there are a lot of couples that got married in the last few years but didn't get to take the wedding pictures that they'd really wanted, while other couples might want to do a vow renewal for a milestone year, or schedule an anniversary session. These are all services that we love to offer our couples.

Zoom weddings (I almost cringe even writing those words) became very popular and there were some very good reasons to have one. Some couples didn't want to wait to start a family, or others had fiance visas and couldn't put off the ceremony any longer, and had to put their wedding photography dreams on hold until.....NOW!

This beautiful couple had a courthouse wedding five years ago and wanted an anniversary photos session to finally have those dream pictures hung up in their home. She knew that eventually, she'd be able to find time, and when the couple booked a vacation to San Francisco, she started looking for a photography company. She found us on Instagram @rachellevinephoto.

Sierra and David also wanted to enjoy the sweet tradition of reading personal vows to each other. This was something that they'd had to forgo with their original courthouse wedding and were able to do during their anniversary photo session with us.

Sierra and I scheduled a consultation phone call so that I could share with her all of the different locations that we offer, and she could give me input on what her heart had been yearning for all these years.

Some of the locations we talked about were Baker Beach and the Lovers Lane treeline in the Presidio, but she was really loving the deep forest feel of Muir Woods National Monument. It's a short drive over the Golden Gate Bridge to get there, and she decided to add a bouquet and boutonniere to her package to make it look "wedding official!"

Team photographer Will captured these stunning sunset photos. Whether you're proposing, engaged, getting married, or celebrating five years of a happy marriage, this location is perfect for everyone.
